Mostplays' Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Mostplays and its users. Mostplays is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions are written to ensure all Bangladeshi users can understand them easily. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

To create an account on Mostplays, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum age 18 years must be.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Opening more than one account under the same IP address, device, payment method, or family member's name is not permitted.
• Accounts cannot be opened from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

If false or misleading information is provided during registration, Mostplays reserves the right to close the account at any time and forfeit the balance. Account security is the user's own responsibility. Passwords must not be shared with any third party.

Mostplays complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As such, identity verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount or before processing your first withdrawal. KYC Verification Mandatory.

• Driving License

If required, Mostplays may also request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 72 hours.

Deposits not tied to a bonus can be withdrawn at any time. However, if you withdraw a deposit after accepting a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.

Mostplays is not liable for technical issues or delays caused by third-party payment gateways. However, our customer support team will do everything possible to help resolve such issues.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on Mostplays:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it Cannot be cancelled or modified।
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not apply.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is suspended, Mostplays will make a decision in accordance with its own rules.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Mostplays reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. Always confirm the odds before placing a bet. If odds change due to network delay, Mostplays reserves the right to confirm or reject the bet at the updated odds.

Mostplays bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms. Specific terms for each offer are listed separately.

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only. The same person cannot claim a bonus across multiple accounts.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — at the time of your first deposit.
• To withdraw a bonus, you generally need to 5 to 10 times Wagering requirements must be met.
• There is a set timeframe to meet wagering requirements — typically within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are credited to the bonus balance first. Once wagering requirements are met, the funds become withdrawable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostplays platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance:

• Bonus abuse: Abusing the bonus system for fraudulent purposes.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to launder money.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Account sale or transfer: Sharing or selling your account to another person.

Mostplays reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Users may contact customer support at any time to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, unless the balance has been forfeited due to a rules violation.
